How can we improve New Mail?

fix the yahoo is not responding, recover web page

Fix yahoo, we are getting the message: YAHOO IS NOT RESPONDING,, RECOVER WEB PAGE. On the 17th it was working fine, then someone changed the format for the mail and now we are getting these messages. Yahoo has been having so many problems.
Doesn't anyone at Yahoo see the problem or the complaints we are filing??????

    DON'T FIX THINGS THAT ARE NOT BROKEN, EVERYTINE YOU DO WE HAVE PROBLEMS AND IT IS MOSTLY WHEN YOU ***** WITH THE MAIL.
