redo your "contact us" option.
Your "contact us" or "Yahoo Help Center" is completely unhelpful to those with issues that dont fit in your 8 category help forums. Its frustrating to need help and be unable to find it in the forum and then have no one to contact. a system with a "chat with tech support" whether it be via instant messaging, email, or phone call would really please your future users and show them you actually want to help.
