Idea
You introduced 3 new TOTALLY unnecessary divisions in the new mail (unread and starred and views) that are really annoying and can't be made to disappear for people who do not need them at all!!! Bad idea!
And surely you need more background solutions...look at the gmail and take some inspiration, if you yourselves don't have any...
