How can we improve New Mail?

How can I change the photo on my profile pic, I changed it but it still has one up that I don't want.

I'm sure someone knows how to do this. I changed my profile pic but it remains the same.

    I am having the same issue, almost, but my hubs FB pic is what it saved and I am not sure why.
