Support your customer and return comments. I think we should set up a time and all boycott this site if they do not return our right to comment on these articles which most are just someone's opinion or comment. Let's pick a time.

Yahoo has become a liberal propaganda tool. They took away the comments because the opinions and ideas they were posting were getting destroyed by facts and the truth so they shut them down. Easiest way to control the message. Yahoo you are cowardly.

Bring back comments. You have lost the value of free and open discussion that allows people to learn and grow!!!! It’s disgusting that to engage in some of the absurd articles on yahoo that you have to accept the premise without discussing it.

100% Valid Reason
Yahoo needs to change from its current views which are nonsense

bring back the comment section Yahoo sucks without it, the comments were pulled for a stupid reason “election” its over now btw was censorship, so Yahoo is not pro free speech
and leaves only a narrative that says you cannot question the agenda or narrative we spin
the comment section was the only reason I actually enjoyed the articles, because people could have an opinion or their take and also critique bad writing or add other facts that were not available from the author of the article who may or may not want to hide all of the facts for their own personal reasons
which all of this is BS having the comments removed it only makes Yahoo look guilty of painting a false narrative

Yahoo would rather post opinion pieces with absolutely no rebuttal. Yahoo is poison to Democracy

I miss the comments some of them were very insightful or funny. Sometimes the comments explained the story better than the writer…

Bring back comments immediately, those that can't handle having conversations or heated debates need to grow up. Everyone has an opinion, viewpoint, or life experiences they should be able to share. If someone else disagrees then they should be able to debate with the original commenter and others that may agree or disagree. But don't chastise some for using swear words or derogatory language but not others!!!! Either police everyone evenly or let it be a free for all with a survival of the fittest mentality. I have tested the waters to know yahoo does treat one political faction differently that the other. I made 2 usernames 1 to post Conservative political Ideology and one to post Liberal Ideology, one of those user names always got warnings about what I posted though it was never filled with violence, curse words, or hate speech. The other I could say anything I wanted including wishing others dead, cursing multiple times in one comment and using derogatory language to describe others and not one warning at all. Return commenting, be fair, and let conversations and debates take place. Adults should be able to handle some criticism of thier opinions and beliefs, otherwise how else are you ever made to consider or see how someone else's feelings and thoughts on any subject??? Are we all supposed to be brain washed masses that think and do everything alike??? It has been said America is the great melting pot, so let us melt and share ideas, opinions, and even culture through comments. I can be stubborn and opinionated, but sometimes I have debated with others than have made me think about some things and step into someone else's shoes briefly and vice versa. I think yahoo shutting down comments is a huge disservice to thier users and has taken away from the website in general. It's time to restore the first ammendment and let free speech reign Supreme, even if it doesn't agree with yahoo Ideology or thier users 100%!!!!

They have their reasons for doing that

Yahoo posts biased opinions on hot topics but doesn’t allow any response to those opinions from their readers. Yahoo is telling its customers they don’t matter, only yahoo’s biased content matters.
That’s why yahoo is called,well yahoo. It’s a joke.
Maybe readers like myself should stop using yahoo and stop being part of the punchline

Most Left wing propaganda sites removed the comments sections a month before the election because the majority of comments were calling the lib authors out on their lies

Look you make these stories you publish them it shows you have comments but not everyone is allowed to comment like me for example. So if you are publicly going to post something be a man or woman and take the criticism or complements. Now I get some people are asshes and will curse or get into dumb states of mind. Those people have just as much write to their feelings you provoked by publicly putting a story out you had your free speech don't impead others free speech to not being able to reply and no one is asking you to read every signal comment but take the hits with the pats on back. At the end of the day what does it hurt to have an open comments section it promotes debate and people learn from each other and different ideas flow and you can gauge your audience better. Just tip for the future stay away from everything woke. For the love of God denounce it it's a cancer and we need to get back to a civilized a+b= c not a+b= that strange character no one uses and the band of merry friends and some strange new view that they believe though not supported by any science but pushing others to believe it as if it were. We need to get back to science and facts and public official need to be get back to doing their jobs which isn't a party agenda it's to do good for our people first not the party first each topic taken into consideration for each domain they preside over and how it best suits their people. Public hero's firefights teachers police officers who are particularly praise worthy these are news worthy things sure it's not sensational but it's wholesome news and builds our confidence in our news and our countries health. Corruption being found and reported and punished crime being stopped people being protected by our laws. Report on good things. If all you do is report on bad things you demoralize and diminish our spirits and faith in our nation's systems.

Yes Yahoo is a joke and why I looked at it today but only to see the mentality of the idiots that write the stuff on this page! Their lack of understanding of freedom of speech is a travesty for America. I sold my stock I deleted their apps but I am still here right now so I apparently I am the fool. I hope one day Yahoo and your executives that make these decisions are without your golden parachutes in your jobs and you all go lineup and try to move in with Biden and see if he accepts you! I hope for you to file bankruptcy and the people that work there can be “woke” on the real world and real problems and eventually make real contributions to journalism!
Seriously I think Yahoo and the contributors are so stupid you could tell them a blue sky is red and they will write articles for two weeks saying the sky is red!

Yahoo has taken away the ability to create or take part in discussions on important topics just because some people can’t be civil. Open dialogue and discussions are what progress us as people and can be a great thing, so to eliminate that due to some bad behavior of a few just seems suppressive and counter productive.
