Impossible to have an inline pic anymore. Nothing shows and to attach ONE pic at a time takes too long. Once more the snowflakes ruined what wasn't broke.
After 20 yrs I'm switching to Yandex.

Yep, the new format is terrible! I don't mind the layout but it is much slower. Also please put the web search button back at the top along with the email search so when I open an email and want to look something up I have easy access without having to back out or open a new tab.

Why are all the words in my email box blurry? It's like an overly soft font/text on SOME of the subject lines. I don't get it. I keep blinking thinking something is wrong with my vision.
PLEASE go back to the OG classic mail where everything worked perfectly fine. -

JEFFERY BONFORTE,
Have you been in recent contact with either Hans Vestberg or Lowell McAdam about the
over 2600 complaints ( and still counting) against you and you totally inadequate performance
in connection with the''New'' and ''Upgraded '' email format? Have you discussed a viable
solution with either of these men? Are either of them presently aware of the specifics of
your continuous failures in not only customer communications and customer care but
also your inability to craft a simple and creative solution to the customers who are
dissatisfied with you and your ''New'' and ''Upgraded'' Email format? The answer to
this question is No? Well let us see if we can do something about that. Resign Now. -

Hey Yahoo, you're so big on "clapping back" and showing us the latest "hack" for something, so I'm CLAPPING BACK and I want to know the HACK for getting back into the CLASSIC E-MAIL. I figured that if I spoke to you in your favorite phrases you might perhaps listen? GIVE US BACK THE CLASSIC MAIL! The new garbage you foisted on us is atrocious. Is anybody at Yahoo listening???

The new version looks ugly and irritates me in all its design versions. I don't need colors and pictures, they only distract my attention. I like it simple and colorless - that is, white plus very light blueish gray, that's all. And the "basic" version, offered as the only official alternative, is ugly functionally. Thanks to all those who posted here an instruction on how to get the classic version back! Dear Yahoo managers, please just don't touch it.

This is not a feedback system. This is an FAQ search box. That being said Change the mail back to the old format. The new one sucks and I didnt change to it years ago when you debuted it because I thought it sucked then and it still sucks know. Stop trying to poorly imitate outlook or gmail. This is why no one likes you Yahoo. You do everything wrong.

I'm close to switching to gmail. This new format is terrible. Its much slower and sloppy looking. Someone at Yahoo! needed to justify their job with a redesign. They had one job and failed.

JEFFERY BONFORTE.
It is NOW past time for you to read and respond to customer complaints about your
''New'' and ''Upgraded'' Yahoo/Verizon email format.ANY competent and in charge
executive would have recognized the problems which exist within this new format and
remedied these deficiencies long before now. As you have been specifically informed
by 2300 customer complaints( and still counting) what was needed to be done to remedy
this situation, then your inability to do so is inexcusable. All you really had to do was
reestablish the VERY in demand Classic Mail format, and if necessary include what
you have deemed so necessary for the ''New'' format which really just appears to
be an increase in storage and a couple of incidental additions. You have repeatedly
failed in every significant category here. Therefore, do everyone at Yahoo/ Verizon,
whether corporation or customer, a favor and RESIGN now. It should be obvious
to everyone that you are incapable of doing your job. Personally, I am sick of
your nonsense in the form of what your wonderful ''New '' format provides. You
resignation will hopefully result in a new Yahoo/Verizon program head being able
to resolve an email format problem which is beyond either your inclination or
your ability. In short, your resignation should be a welcome relief to both the
company and its customers.
