  1. I get messages to update my method of payment for my email account; but after trying for two days I still haven't been able to do it.

  8. Allow a way to update an obsolete email that was used as an initial Yahoo account username.

    I created my account 23 years ago with an email from my business at the time. I am retired now and the email is no longer valid but there isn't a way to update or remove that association from my yahoo account. In the recover section, I get the message This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed. What a pain **********.

  9. Don't sign me out of my account and force me to sign back in with 2 factor and force me to change my password.

    You signed me out everywhere and forced me to log back in with 2 factor and to change my password. Why would you do that?! No one I am a aware of has gotten into my account and I really don't care if they got in. I have a password I use for all account that I do not really care if they are compromised. Yahoo mail was one of them and now it does not match. Please do not sign my out of an account I am actively using without my permission. Please do not force 2 factor id…

    I will not be using Yahoo mail until i can set it up in Outlook. I am now going to go change ALL accounts with the Yahoo email to a different service. i don't understand why you do not want us using Outlook to access our email.

  16. My yahoo account was listed as a contact in my WhatsApp. I never used it before on WhatsApp

    It was also attached to my DuckDuckGo account email? And my photos cache was deleted too. Fortunately I decided to go into the Yahoo account website and change my password. I saw a suspicious email with an account containing many letters and numbers and then a fb phone number that I don’t remember saving so I deleted those. Any help much appreciated. Thx

  20. Please don't ask for 2-step verification for people using the same PC/browser. 2-step verification is great on new device/browser

    2-step verification is great in term of security, but having to ask all the time is a turn-off, especially you have logged on before on that device or browser.
