  8. Fix my last name that is showing

    I have changed my last name several years ago, and it still shows my previous last name.

    Can you please fix this? It causes a lot of confusion and I have to use other accounts to prevent this.

  9. Why do you any trips in the system which do wrong things and no security things?!

    How Yahoo determines that some of my emails look like SPAM thus stop it for sending? I do just regular mailing, no sales, no solicitations, not asking for any private information, I do not run any On Line Business!

  10. Please turn off 2 step sign in process ???? I can't shut it off.

    Yahoo makes it impossible to turn off two step sign in. I don't need that type of security on my personal email. It keeps asking me to decline two step verification but doesn't do it. Maybe I should change to Gmail.

  14. Excessive Advertising

    Your use of advertising as a threat, if I don't pay you $5 per month for an updated email system, is offensive to me. I have started switching my important email information to Google Email, where advertising is not intrusive or distracting as Yahoo Email. There are many email options for free, where they do not charge to minimize distracting advertising activity.

    2-factor authenticator app setup errors every time. I have dozens of sites where it works flawlessly but Yahoo seems to struggle. It doesn't work with Authy or Google Authenticator. I am not willing to try other apps while these work perfectly the 1st time on any other site.
