  2. The Yahoo Mail app has been crashing all morning

    My yahoo mail app has been crashing since this morning 27th Feb 2024. Tried clearing cache and Uninstall and reinstall. But all to no avail.

  3. Unknown device enabled as an account verification method

    There is a device enabled as a verification method in my yahoo account under Device Notifications field. It doesn't belong to me, never had a Xiaomi. The field does not have edit option. That device can't be removed, disabled or changed. You can't add another device. When you turn off, it just doesn't work and still stay "enabled". I believe you need to improve Device Notifications field.

  4. Why can't we complain about offensive posts?

    I am not easily offended, but when I pointed out how many died at Pearl Harbor (getting us into WWII) a responder said he hoped they were my relatives. That was all he said. It was NOT censored. It is the only post that has ever offended me. I am fine with people disagreeing with me. You did NOT censor it. I think I should have been able to complain about a personal attack.

  5. i want to speak to some one about why i can't change my old email to a new one

    My old email is ocdia@rogers.com it was hacked two years ago and it was changed to les.ixes.all@gmail.com and it worked for a while but your stupid system reverted back to ocdia@rogers.com and I have been trying to change it back but it is almost impossible because you guys thunk you know what you are doing. And you don't realize that emails can be hacked.

  10. Gibberish SMS sent by Yahoo (Finance mobile app)

    The other day, when I tried to log into "Yahoo Finance" mobile app, I was asked to authenticate using a code sent by SMS. But the whole SMS message was almost full of gibberish (I've got an image but don't know how to attach it).

    Though I was able to recognize the SMS code, I still think Yahoo needs to improve this part. I think the problem is that they tried to send Chinese characters WITHOUT using Unicode.

    "That phone number is already being used by too many other accounts, please use a different number" Thats strange because i only use 1 yahoo account and other email accounts from other companies shouldnt affect yahoo account.
