  1. find notification settings

    I can find no way to set up notification settings. I've clicked LITERALLY everything I can find. I can't do anything on Yahoo without my email being flooded with notifications I don't want, and can't turn off.

    Did a search online, but it doesn't work the way it says it will, because when I click my profile icon, it has NOTHING ANYWHERE about how to turn them off!

    Guess I'm going back to Gmail. Yahoo is a total fail.

  3. Get rid of all the B.S. ads, click bait and fake stories!

    Fire the entire marketing team, get a good creative team to develop a usable platform! Its absurd with all the ads here that your subscription cost are through the roof. I will never buy anything from yahoo simply because of your abhorrent design and the ADS!

    I would like to know why after all these years with Yahoo, that all of a sudden my accounts do not show on my computer when I try to login. When I do put my account ID name it shows my password for the account.

  8. Hello, after abt 13 years, my email still showcase a picture of my ex instead of my own. Doesn't matter how many times I changed it.

    I can't get rid of the picture from my profile. I updated it and I see it changed, but people keep on asking me why they see a man there. It was ok when we were married, but now he has restraining order and people are confused about it and worried if they can send me anything, worrying that he can have access to my email..... I can't find any right email to get it fixed on yahoo! And it is really needed now. Thanks

  17. By telling how to get back into mk7101@yahoo.com which is what was sapose to happen rather than opening an entirely different account which

    This new account was not not what was supposed to happen I was trying to regain my mk71-01@yahoo.com account of which I was led to believe was what was taking place instead of the Final Act I said here's your new account all things leading up to that moment with me reopening my mk-7101@yahoo and to then tell me to sign in to continue that jut about sent me through the roof

  20. Unable to generate an app password so can't access my email on my desktop at work as yahoo is blocked by admin to prevent searches other tha

    I am unable to access my Yahoo account at work as admin have blocked the site and we can only search using Norton. Since I am a sub-contractor and need access to my Yahoo account they have given permission for me to use Outlook but I am unable to sign in without an app password but the option on my mobile device and home PC is showing as unavailable.

    Is there an alternative way I can sign in to my account using Outlook without a generated app password?
