"Support" is useless
Support is useless. They won't let you send an email to fix an issue. My location on the hompage is always incorrect. I have lived in this same town for 20 years and should not have to manually change it ever!!! It is always on allowed to know location. This needs to be fixed!! Not to mention, I have to REsign in to the account I am CLEARLY ALREADY SIGNED INTO in order to leave feedback. Yahoo is spiraling & I'm disgusted by it!!! I've had this account since I was 13!!!!! This is unacceptable.

Too much Spam Mail when I pay for it to be filtered
I get multiple Spam email in the INBOX from "McAfee subscription", "Iphone delivery", "Home Depot reward", etc. They are all email addresses with a long string of letters (example: kkdshfeugwpoidhkacnbswjwoteoidclhiohwernbogabjdk@weibo.com). I pay to not receive Spam, so why can't these type of emails be filtered into Spam when they are so obvious based on the email address?

I literally wrote "Hi, everyone!" in comments and even THAT was rejected for violating community guidelines. This is after I tried posting ANYTHING at all, positive, informative, mild commentary, everything I try to add is rejected. WHY?

Why is yahoo requesting me to change my password every week, it seems. It is almost as if someone is changing my password behind the scenes and I can't get into my own account. Then, on one screen it is asking if I want to send the code to an email to an email address that I already deleted from the profile.
