  7. address comes up as yahoo.com.au and does not work

    seems I cannot get yahoo email as it is listed as yahoo.com.au instead of yahoo.com - however, cannot fix as setting wont let me change anything but my photo. Wont even let me add my sex or address

  9. Help Section Improvement

    Answer for "Your sign-in screen loops or reloads" on sign-in is incomplete. Doesn't address OK signing in to main Yahoo Account, but looping only on logging into e-mail. Clearing cookies does not help. Verification info is OK & was able to reset password, problem remained. Can log into main account but NOT to email.

  10. I'm not your member and I don't like yahoo.

    Yahoo mail is full of scam, yahoo app self is a scam it won't allow me to change a. personal info that has an error that I made. they rather take my false personal info than a real one.

  16. Two User ID with same credentials

    Hello Team,

    Good day,

    I am holding the Yahoo User ID "geetha300@yahoo.com" from quite sometime.

    Since few weeks I am getting mails which I am not part of. I presume these mails are intended for another Geetha who also have the same Yahoo User ID. Attaching one of such mail that was not intended to me. Note: I am not "Geetha Rajappan".

    Could you investigate and resolve the duplicate User ID issue? Thanks in advance.

  20. HACKER is controlling all aspects of my Yahoo and contacts

    I was hacked May 2022 by a 'Yahoo' request to verify my account and from this I was not only blocked from my account but contacting Yahoo did not resolve the issue. Changing the password via Yahoo did not help and I now find amazingly that if I get a contact to give me their details and try sending from a completely different provider that email is blocked so effectively I have to telephone get every one to email me first at my new provider
