  3. Find and remove unusual activity

    TURN OFF "Find and remove unusual activity" cause every time I want to enter the yahoo email, I get the message "Find and remove unusual activity" send a CODE to recovery email or recovery phone.
    I have to enter the gmail before entering the yahoo email!!
    this is very annoying

  5. Account Activity - Connected Devices Flag

    I have noticed checked "Recent Activity" sidebar, then opened "Connected Devices" . . . and was surprised to find my web browser was listed and was still connected from about a week ago and also from two weeks ago, though I sign-out every time after use.

    May I dare suggest to Yahoo a couple solutions:

    • A Red Flag Notification pops up to advice when my device/browser is still connected after say a period of 12 or 24 hours.

    • Automatically sign-out of a User's Account after 12 or 24 hours to preclude the User's web browser from remaining connected…

  6. Willow Gallery Art Collective is a collective of 20 members and have always been able to sign in

    All members have been able to sign in to view common emails. This facility has been removed and has resulted in many members trying to sign in and being rejected. No notice of this new yahoo procedure was communicated to us. How can this be resolved ? All the collective need to view all emails sent to our yahoo account

  7. Make easier to change password.

    I can't seem to change password to get back into my e-mail. I do not have a cell phone so wonder if that is the problem. Not everyone can afford them. Try to make it easier to reset password for we older people.

  10. undo change I made in my account

    I thought I would change my phone to a land phone, so deleated, then it stated to confirm this, they will send me a message - my home phone does have message capability. I went to just put back the mobile phone and I was told my cell number is being used for TOO many accounts. No problem 4 hours ago with my cell phone number...I have only had it for about 6 months. So at this point, the 'rescue my account' message option is dead. How do I fix????

  11. Can you please stop asking for a code that you are sending to another email that I can't access because you're also asking passcode to that

    Please stop asking for a passcode that you are sending to another email I provided due to unusual logging in. The problem with that is whenever I try to log in to another email, you will again ask for a password to that email where you sent the passcode of the other email, so complicated. No way to open both email due to your passcode that is impossible to open both. I can't see reason that both email is compromised, you can at least give the other email access to open the email to get the password you sent.

  13. Get rid of the fake scamming celebrity ads in your stories

    There are a lot of fake celebrity ads showing pictures of celebrities with absolute garbage headlines trying to make you click on a link to whatever, (I never have) but probably scams or info gathering sites. Latest one I saw was Richard Wilkins. Past celebrities have included David Koch and Richard "D1(k - thats his bloody name for crying out loud" (how come these scammers can have that word appear but we can't. GET YOUR FILTERS FIXED AND SOMETHING NEAR ACCURATE.) Smith supposedly either spruiking weird "highly profitable" schemes and/or exposing tell all muckraking.

  15. allow us to change the iPhone 11 to iPhone 13 for the contact confirmation

    your system claims to send a code to my iPhone, but I don't receive it. It states it sent to an iPhone 11, but i upgraded some time ago to an iPhone 13, but still the ph number is not changed, so I think there is an error with your system of verification.

  18. Why do you have 2FA on when I have it selected to off?

    Seriously. I have to login from my phone every single time. You guys do realize you are Yahoo, which is a laughable service at best. Nobody uses you for anything serious. If it weren't for fantasy football, i wouldn't have been on your site once in the last 20 years. Please remove this garbage feature.
