  1. allow us to stop the yahoo pop ups when we access our e mail on outlook!

    allow us to be able to block the yahoo pop ups on our desk top everytime an e mail comes in etc!!!!! How annoying can you make this? Somehow it just started happening and I never signed up for this!

  2. Fix Other Email Accounts

    I have submitted a ticker on this same issue and clearing the cache and rebooting the web browser does not work. It is hit or miss on this issue where my other email accounts show a notice that an email was received but the email is not shown in the viewing panel and I have to access the accounts via my cell phone to review the email. If I switch back to Basic Email, then I can view all email accounts emails as well. It happens with other Yahoo accounts and the Gmail account I have added...

  5. Stop with the "catch up on videos" in empty folders

    Every time I empty Trash or Spam, I get a VIDEO window to catch up on the latest videos. NO, NO, NO! Just return to an empty folder upon emptying it.

    My account is hacked. I do Not own a computer. You ALWAYS go with whatever the hacker does on the computer.

  8. News comments section sucks.

    The news comments section design has several holes: (1) If you 'liked' a comment, your name appears in the list under 'Thumbs up'. What about privacy of the 'liker' ? (2) If privacy is not a concern, why don't you do the same for 'Dislike' too? (3) Often it is easier to cite a url to support your claim, but Yahoo prohibits it, except if it is Yahoo url (Bias). There are java calls to validate the URL for its sanity, before publishing a comment; it's a shame if your IT developers don't know it.

    The instructions for changing your password say to sign into the security page and click "change password". No where on that page does it say "change password".

    When clicking sign out on the modal it's not working. Still shows signed in. Also sign out of all devices button isn't working either.

    Why is it that you don't allow more than one email address to be connected to a phone number? Yet Yahoo says that I can have up to 50 email addresses? Do you really think someone has 50 different phone numbers that they can assign to each email address????

  20. I find it to be absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay someone to update your password if you lose access to your phone number.

    I had the two factor authentication set up but I'd lost access to my phone number I'd set it up with. I did not know that that meant I'd have to pay a ridiculous fee to have help with it. I would've done it myself because I do have access to the other email I used but it wouldn't let me reset the password on my own. It sent me to this free article section (which is full of useless articles, none of which help you regain access to your account) or you had the option to call the paid…
