  1. Stop forcing users to use the App Generated Passwords when using Outlook. It makes me want to drop Yahoo.

    I should have the option of determining how much security I want. Changing the password, almost daily, takes valuable time away from me. Instead, provide an option for the security you want to offer.

  4. I don't want any Fox "News" on my app or in my email!

    Fox News is insane propaganda and it's done too much damage to our country. They are spewing lies 24/7 and brainwashing America in the name of NEWS. They are NOT A NEWS STATION. Get rid of them. I don't want them on my feed.

  6. Find my account data i started my yahoo in t1997

    When I signed up for Facebook back in 1996 I used my Yahoo account why you saying it's was made in 2009 this is why you got sued for the data breach and the sale of accounts you could. Fix this if you check with Me this is not codtinhg me billions of dollars that you atmit to doing

  10. Yahoo Opening Page is not content I trust as accurate. Advertising has taken over.

    The Opening Page content is frustrating, and we cannot tell if it's a news story or just a way to get us to open the page, and I'm finding myself not trusting the content Yahoo is putting out. I'm not one who only looks at one point of view, but the stories do not seem accurate and are just sensationalized. Please take a look at content, article titles, and advertising for accuracy. Thanks

  12. Allow customers to correct mistakes

    I mistakenly deleted my recovery email address; this is / was my wife's

    Tried to reload it but it was not accepted . Tried searching through your help and contact pages but no help. Have spent an hour before in frustration typing this!

    You need to provide a simple recovery solution which could be used within minutes (or seconds) of making a mistake.

  17. Tell me where to access my reminders (that are 10+ years old) to delete them

    I have reminders I set eons ago, telling me it’s my now (eg) 22 year old’s birthday is coming up—her 9th birthday.

    Or my mother’s birthday. She died in the 1990s but I still get a reminder.

  18. Complaint-Mike Yahoo Operator ID#14205067

    Customer service complaint in regards to a horrible experience with Mike Operator ID#: 14205067 on a recorded call on 3/5/2023 at 10:28PM. Horrible customer service, refused to place me on hold and connect me with a supervisor to address my concerns regarding his service. He has poor listening skills and just sounded like a broken recorded reading a script and then hung up on me at 10:50pm. Check history as I will seek this matter further. This is unacceptable and he has violated the CA telephone act on this recorded call.

  19. Take Users to yahoo feedback page that clearly is directly pertinent to immediate feedback or change "feedback" links to a true title

    New Posts does not reflect yahoo "feedback", just as for example, a link titled 'close' should not take a User to a page or window affording nothing visible to either 'closed' or link buttons like 'close what'. Yahoo feedback link misdirects Users to community forum, etc., and therein neglects to show anything relative to posting yahoo feedback with regards to the previous yahoo page offering the 'feedback' relative to the yahoo page that originated the yahoo feedback link. Lights are on, but doesn't look like anybody's home.
