  1. More Flexible Data Editing

    Yahoo doesn't let me change any of my data, nor let me remove connected devices. You send my password verification to something called Daniel's iPhone but it never arrives. I need to go in and select my iPhone number manually.

    I'd like to use Yahoo as a main email, but its simply to inflexible.

  6. To open and use yahoo mail I have to turn off my VPN. It would be better for security reasons if Yahoo could function with a VPN turned on.

  8. "Generate App Password"

    Yahoo disabled the "Generate App Password" so now I cannot use Outlook on my new laptop. Which means I cannot work offline, I have to use a clunky interface, login every time I wish to use an email, etc. I know you wish to have users look at your little ads but those of us who will NEVER look or respond to these ads use Outlook. Could you turn GAP on? I'm getting really frustrated and WILL look at other options. Don't turn Yahoo into AOL.

    I have one yahoo alias that is very helpful managing family email. Please add support for 3 or more aliases so I can stop using my Hotmail account for all my other email subscriptions. Thank you!

  18. Customer Service should be available 25/7 and not just Mon-Fri for limited hours.

    Seriously considering switching to Gmail because Yahoo customer service is not available 24/7. Customer service should offer chat help at any time of the day and every day of the week. No wonder Gmail is getting more popular.

  20. Make it where we can respond to other's responses again.

    From email about someone having responded to what I said in comment on a Yahoo news story it will go to response in question for a split second then go to top of comments. If there are more than 50 or so comments then it is impossible to reply unless you dig through each and every thread. I know others have had this problem too. I know Yahoo is frothing at the mouth to censor us all but this is past stupid, not only that it is sinister. Why? Because if I click to respond then that opens up another…
