  1. Take Users to yahoo feedback page that clearly is directly pertinent to immediate feedback or change "feedback" links to a true title

    New Posts does not reflect yahoo "feedback", just as for example, a link titled 'close' should not take a User to a page or window affording nothing visible to either 'closed' or link buttons like 'close what'. Yahoo feedback link misdirects Users to community forum, etc., and therein neglects to show anything relative to posting yahoo feedback with regards to the previous yahoo page offering the 'feedback' relative to the yahoo page that originated the yahoo feedback link. Lights are on, but doesn't look like anybody's home.

    sometimes yahoo said the password is incorrect but tryng to reseting is terrible because yahoo said we will send you a link.

  4. Gmail is now a pain to use. I have been trying to log in with my password, with mobile phone. All failed. If this is the kind of system.

If this is the kind of system, If the system is so difficult to log in, you are going to lose a lot of users. I know there are security issues, but to not recognise passwords every now and then is very tiring and troublesome for users.

    I cannot believe that you just deleted ALL of my emails. You dont know what you have taken from me !!!! Emails from loved ones and soul mates that are now deceased.   9. Sort out your frickin' server limits with Apple Mail!

    Yahoo and AOL servers both have major issues with Apple Mail. You need to solve them!!! and stop blaming each other. Since both AOL and Yahoo are owned by the same organization, it is clearly your issue, not Apple.

  10. Before you make changes on MEMBER'S you should give them warning something is about to change

    you should not tamper with the services the customer uses before warning them of something you think is going to enhance our experience as often it doesn't

  15. I cannot get help repairing problems in my email created by hackers without putting my credit card info out there for these bandits to steal

    Hackers not only targeted all my contacts with gift card fraud, but also changed my email filters so that all incoming emails go directly to trash. I find no way in the settings in my email that allow me to change that. I cannot get help from Yahoo without putting my credit card information online for the bandits potentially to steal. When I reported this to Yahoo via the Yahoo help site, I was given a case ID # and told Yahoo would contact me shortly by email, which they have not done, or else the hackers waylaid the Yahoo…

  16. Yahoo has not responded to my requests for help today after my email was hijacked. Make it easier to get help.

    Provide a way to get help without having to use a credit card. Having been hacked, it does not seem reasonable to have to provide a card #.

  19. Improving community forum moderation

    While the tool to send reports on offensive and harmful posts across the socio-political spectrum is ok, moderation and abstinence rules need work. See suggestions below:

    1) Base censorship on REVIEW, not reporting.
    2) Base timeouts on TIME, not reporting
    3) Shorten timeout limits

    Venerable Yahoo can well afford to do better than Newsmax and Twitter. Paying customers deserve competent service. Please be what you claim to be.
