  4. Generated Passwords Broken?

    How could you break this feature and require people to pay for support? Unacceptable level of support. To read it's been broken for weeks is insane. You need to fix this right away, because I need to get rid of an account linking it to Outlook and I don't want to use Yahoo's email interface. I need to link it to a fresh copy of Outlook since nothing ever propagates anymore. COME ON!

  5. Dam tired of Yahoo

    I am tired of yahoo giving me the run around, every time, I try to use my Apple lap top. Stop blocking me. I am too old for all this hassle, if this keep up I am going to report yahoo to the federal regulator board.

  7. My account automatically signed out and demanded to change password

    My account automatically signed me out and force me to sign in again with 2 factor and force me to change my password.
    Why should I do that again and again?! I am a aware that no one has gotten into my account. Please do not sign me out of account without my permission, I am actively using my account and I myself give access to use others to access my email.   13. Yahoo locked me out of my email and charged me to get back in!!

    Due to Yahoo locking me out of my email account, they wouldn't help me until I paid for the subscription to Yahoo Premium Service. then it was miraculously fixed in about 2 minutes. i was unfairly coerced into paying to get into my email account when I never signed out of it!!
    The first time it asked me to change my password (which I did), to get back in. this worked. then within 24 hours, it locked me out again!!!
    Now it wouldn't allow me to change it again. I was later told it was because I did NOT have…

    The 2-step verification forces the use of the iphone Yahoo app. Please stop as it DOES NOT work. What happen to just texting me a code to my iphone?

  18. Old email address can't be removed from security/recovery options

    Can't remove old, obsolete (10+ years), email address, or stop it being used for account verification.
    I do not have access to this address, others may do.
    It listed is under Recovery Email Addresses with a note saying it's my 'Yahoo Account Username'. It is not a Yahoo account or my username/address/login. The only place I can find it referenced is under recovery email which needs to be removed.

  20. Allow a way to update an obsolete email that was used as an initial Yahoo account username.

    I created my account 23 years ago with an email from my business at the time. I am retired now and the email is no longer valid but there isn't a way to update or remove that association from my yahoo account. In the recover section, I get the message This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed. What a pain **********.
