Eliminate Ad's
Eliminate Ads. I waited to the last minute to make the change to Yahoo for my email because of the ad's and you haven't disappointed me. They are as bad as I expected.
Yes, we do have a few ads in our app, but we also offer an ad-free experience (like many apps today) if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus, but of course it's not mandatory. We will also share your feedback with the right team. Thanks.

Turn off AI Features
Not an idea but help needed and you do not provide a help area. Please can someone advise me on how to turn off the AI Features permanently. Turn them off and something turns it back on!!

How do I add JUST A DOMAIN NAME to the blocked senders list? I receive lots of SPAM emails from the same domain names day in and day out. Whoever is sending these SPAM emails changes the first part of the address each time and they don't reuse them while the domain name stays the same. Being able to block SPAM messages simply by domain name would be a big help.

The useless New Yahoo Mail
I really dislike the home page constantly switching between All Messages and their made-up categories. I don't find these categories useful at all. I want my homepage to be set permanently on All Messages. Is there a way to do this?

SPAM should have proper BLOCK SENDERS
Right now block Senders in Spam folder just works when very few mails are selected, but spam fills up very quick. There should be a block senders for all spam. Get rid of spam quick and block them forever instead of "gathering spam"

Alphabetizing emails for quick search
Allow us to put emails in alphabetical order. Then we can clear out multiple emails from the same sender quickly.

Free customer service support
I’m unable to access my email account even though the phone number and backup email are correct I get an error message and I don’t even have the money to pay someone to call to help me. I’m about done with yahoo!! I’ve had this account for years and I’ve lost everything!!

Get rid of Primary and let me decide what is important
Please let my email open to "all" and not "primary". Let me decide what is important. At least give that as an option.

Notify users of changes
This morning I went to Primary inbox to find changes. Changes I was not aware that were going to happen. I personally do not like the changes to the Primary inbox. Not a good look. Hard to find what I was looking for. Other major email service companies such as Google gives you notifications of changes. That would be nice if Yahoo could do the same.

Objectional emails

The emails are coming recently to my email containing obscene nude photos. I am deleting them everyday. The senders are different. So, it is now difficult to use this official email in such condition.

The All category should be default on the mail tabs, not Primary
The Primary tab often doesn't show important emails. The "All" category should be default, it's annoying to click the All tab everytime I open the mail. And on the mobile phone it's always on "Primary". This means when i'm not at my PC, again I don't see important emails.
I'd prefer the featured be removed by default. I don't know anyone who likes it and everyone I know says they hate that feature.
The Primary tab features just doesn't work half of the time.

leave it all in one inbox. it sucks the way you have in different boxes and automatically set it to primary.

And moving things that are from friends from trash to the inbox? Well, I think that would go without saying that friend's, my church's & really most everything I enjoy reading - those messages should not just go to the trash. How can you do this? Increase the number of Blocked Senders allowed
My Spam box always has several emails in it that are definitely spam. We're only allowed 1000 blocked senders and I've blocked so many more than that. I go in and delete block senders just to be able to add other ones.
The Spam emails are not what I need to see either - graphic subject lines, etc.
