Stop spam!
Seriously - in this day and age, how on earth do I still get messages for ***** enlargements and other nonsense. I don't care that you put them in the spam folder. Gmail NEVER allows this garbage to go through, even in spam. Why does Yahoo? Are you telling me you can't filter those things out? You say you want to improve Yahoo and make it great again. You have a long long way to go to beat Gmail. 12 hours and I have 56 new spams. That's just insanity. For a little while you got good at it. Then…

McAffee scam/spam
I had several recent messages in my inbox that claimed to be from McAfee but were actually spam that was designed to infect computers with viruses. I'm rather surprised that you don't have sufficient security in place for that.

They are redundant and messy. If you don't want to get rid of them, at least let people opt in or out depending on their preferences.

Either improve your spam filters or allow us more flexibility to block it ie increase the amount of email addresses and domains that we can manually block

CANNOT pay for the service
I live in Belgium but my account somehow is registered in USA. When trying to pay with PayPal or even my credit card then the system does not allow me. I would like to keep my Yahoo account but is impossible to pay for the service, can you help?

Keeping older emails in the inbox
I don't have an idea, I have a complaint. I had years' worth of "read" emails that I had saved in my inbox & all of a sudden they were completely deleted & erased from my inbox. I don't know why that was done, but those were emails that were a) sentimental b/c the senders are deceased; b) very important for my financing and c) contained personal information that I needed for recent & future transactions. They are all gone & I can't find them in any of the other folders. Please leave the inboxes alone even if the emails…

Try allowing Spam to permanently delete when blocked and not go to Spam folder or trash folder. Now the emails won't even block.May have to switch to another service

Block domain for an email directly from the email
Would be nice to block a domain for a sender of unwanted emails directly when I am in the email just like I can block a particular sender. It would save a lot of steps related to having to open setting and then go the the security/privacy selection to accomplish this task. Would make the process more effective and easier.

DO NOT SUMMARIZE
I have been attempting to find the 'toggle' to turn off stupid AI Summaries. I cannot find it. And every time it pops up, it refuses to return to the previous page. Just stays frozen in the AI Summary! How unhelpful is that? I have to go to Yahoo and open Yahoo Mail AGAIN!

Ever since you have gone to the AI summary of an email, which is unnecessary for me, the entire management of the inbox has slowed down significantly. It is very frustrating to bulk select and delete emails anymore. I don't know what happened, but I think it started around the time that you introduced the AI summaries. Please go back to the easy old way to use Yahoo. I have had an email account with you for more than a decade. Your platform was the best until the last few months.

Reconfigure formula for mail categories
Suddenly I am receiving most of my offers in my primary inbox and now I have to wade through them before I'm able to get to important email. Please fix this issue.

Allow more customizations for notifications
Please add more customizing of notifications. I can't stand that I get notifications for 'daily check ins' or 'catch ups' with my mail. I also can't stand that when I open my email, it defaults to showing only Primary emails instead of All emails. Please improve.
