    GET RID OF IT ENTIRELY, BECAUSE IT SUCKS! I miss the old version with themes, some color, some life to it...the so called improved look has all the appeal of a Root Canal! Let's start with Bland, Blah, Dark, Depressing! Would it hurt to give us the option to switch back to the older version, and leave well enough alone?

    I am not happy with the way the yahoo email is set up. I get lost on my last reply on an email that there is followed by a string. The design is poorly constructed. Can you please enhance the design. You should be able to deferiante between the last email you sent and the current email you are writing. The design needs improvement.

    get rid of that **** (priority) tab. I am tired of toggling back to ALL every time i change tabs. Priority means nothing to me. I am close to changing email servers. You also have to close folders in order to see other options. This new page sucks toilet water

    BRING BACK OLDER Y.MAIL YOU IMB**** !! DoNOT "FIX" what was NOT BROKEN !! YOU FOUL*** UP COLORS, FAIL to FULLY COMPLY w/DARK/BLACK BACKGROUND SCHEME (unlike prev verdion(s)), SMALLER FONTs of each line/message, BIGGER SPACING BETWEEN LINES WASTING SPACE, HIDING TRASH & SPAM FOLDERS (!!) WASTING USER's VALUABLE TIME to CLICK/MOVE MOUSE EVERY GOD**** TIME to EMPTY TRASH & CHECK SPAM FOLDER, EMPTYING TRASH became a time-consuming nonsense, why are these Folders now invisible req extra clicks to view, where the duc* is Empty Trash & deleting individual message(s) is now also anmoying, "delete" icon at rightside when select message is now not appearing 100% tine, only sometimes. Check for NEW Mails by clicking InBox now doesn't show ANY indication/clue as whether it read from server, unlike older ver showed progress bar/line atop.
    Etc,etc - you changed multiple apoearances/behaviors to cater to kids, cret*** imbe***** low intelligence/IQ level public, non powerusers, DUMBIFIED & less productive than prev version.
    AND PLEASE, DoNOT touch AT&T-managed edition of Y.Mail - at least THAT still works in older i.e BETTER/productive ver, doNOT scr** it !!! Fire the ret**d Software Engineering manager who sits all day long on soft chair, thinking "How can I justify my bloated salary? Ah-ha ! Ask my engineers to create a "new" dumber version to "change for the sake of change itself" ! Senseless loss of productivity

    Go back to the old version. This stinks. If you designed cars you'd have the brake in the trunk and the steering wheel in the glove box. The mail app is a tool. Quit changing how to operate it.

    How do I go back to the old format?
    The logic for the new format is beyond absurd.
    SPAM and TRASH should NEVER not be visible!
    Who are you to decide what is a PRIORITY for me.
    IF I select ALL messages, I want to see ALL messages ALL OF THE TIME and NOT have to select ALL messages every time I leave and come back to the Inbox.
    The new sorting features are an IMPROVEMENT.
    IMPROVE the display of how many emails are in EACH and EVERY FOLDER, NOT some capricious subset

    Delete key not working on email. The new email sucks. I have to reload to get a refresh and all individuals involved should be fired. This is as bad as the bud light fiasco

    Why did you "fix" something that wasn't broke? The layout and coloring is horrible. Deleting spam messages now has some ridiculous lag. The whole page is smaller now with the inclusion of idiotic ads that I will NEVER click on.

    And worst of all...some messages don't show up in my email on my laptop browser (Edge), but I see them on my iPhone in the Yahoo app. Why the **** is that??

    It sucks and I hope you allow users to ALWAYS keep the classic layout (which I have used for more than 20 years!!!!).

    The new interface is not friendly for people con ADHD. It is overwhelming and exhausting. Everything looks clumped, and even it is difficult to read an email with all the information the interface contains, from the icons, photos, fonts, writing, etc. Since the new look came out, it's been very hard for me to revise my Yahoo email consistently, and I started to even don't caring about it. I try to checking it every day but I cannot read/do much.

    This so bad, why would anyone want their email like this. Plain, boring, colorless. Are you guys gonna try and turn around and sell us colors now. Or are you just try to get rid of users on purpose? Why do you want less people to use yahoo?
    I really hope you guys' tank. I'm so sick of this AI BS repeating my messages. You still have to fact check the AI! You guys are ******* the users who have been us for years.

    The fact that you have to address those of us asking to go back to the old layout saying we can't access it anymore should say enough about how your users feel about this new version. It is absolutely terrible, and it is pretty obvious that that is how the majority of your users feel. What a horrendous decision and execution.

    I do not want the new version of Yahoo email, I want to return to the old version. I made a request some weeks ago, and nothing has changed. Please change back to the old version.

    Put me back on the previous yahoo mail The last one was WAY BETTER THAN THIS ONE. PUT ME BACK ON THE OLD YAHOO MAIL!!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR DO I CANCEL WITH YAHOO MAIL???????????????????????????????????? YOUR OPTION BOX ABOVE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MY PROBLEM..... I NEED HELP WITH MY PROBLEM. CANNOT GET INTO MY SPAM???????????????????????????? ARE YOU THERE? I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN ANSWER??? THIS IS PATHETIC.......

    My idea is to please go back to the way Yahoo Mail was before - or at least please leave me the option to keep the old Yahoo Mail. I absolutely cannot abide your new Yahoo Mail with the AI. I want nothing to do with this! If I can't keep the way Yahoo Mail was before, you will definitely lose me as a Yahoo customer and user. In my opinion, your new Yahoo Mail is not "new and improved." I find it difficult to navigate, the layout is confusing and not user friendly, and I definitely don't want the AI summary. Please realize that many customers (especially older customers) won't feel comfortable with your new Yahoo Mail. Why not give customers like me (who just want something easier and simpler) the choice of an option? I would appreciate giving your consideration to this suggestion. Thank you very much.     The arrow scroll will not appear unless I click on Visit Site, then quickly close that when it appears, and very quickly click on the arrow scroll which now appears within the original text but disappears if I move my cursor off the ARROW at all. THIS IS FRUSTRATING as I sometimes have to do this three or four times to read one email.
    For this reason, I HATE the New Yahoo Email and I want the old email back.
