This new mail is beautiful, fantastic, stunning! NOT! Can't even provide a recipient line in Google Chrome, so there is no one to send the mail to! Way to go, Yahoo! Seems compatible in Edge, yet, opening Edge is ripe with Malware and Spyware, already got one when trying to use Yahoo Mail! Works okay in Brave, only a matter of time before Yahoo screws that one up too! How about a Send To line in Chrome please?

Crappiest looking inbox in the history of Email! Looks like fricking death, too dark, too light, too fricking plainn! If you're trying to lose customers, keep it up! Why did you take away themes from basic users? Why? Because we don't pay? This is ********, too cheap to provide themes when every other email service has themes! OOOH...

Seems like the customer has no fricking choice but to except this heinous version of Yahoo Mail, it's sucks, it's boring, it ******* me off that after 25 years this is the best you have to offer your users! Even my generic Centurylink account has themes, not Light, Dark, and Fricking Ugly! This is ******** Yahoo! I'm ****** beyond belief, and now I have to move all my contacts and elst to another service, because I can't put up with this ********...who designed this, a fricking 1st grader? My dog, who is colorblind, can add more color to this mess than you can...this fcking sucks!

This is the worst thing Yahoo has ever done, taking away the "bells and whistles for this B.S. putrid generic fricking email! Would it hurt you so much to give us a few themes and extras? This new Yahoo theme look, oh boy! I have a choice of default, light or dark! How creative, and total BS! How come you're the only major email service that now doesn't have themes? You've once again taken away our themes for this ****** look! I'm moving to Gmail! Been with Yahoo for 23 years, and this is the worst idea/thing you've ever done! I'm notifying everyone of my impending move to Gmail, ,unless you do something to improve the look of this ****** piece of **** you call Yahoo Mail!

I'm usually not picky, but the new Yahoo mail fcking sucks! I want my traditional themes back, not this "kindergarten" ******** that looks like a child cut and pasted! I'm moving to Gmail where at least they have some imagination and flair, and not this **** that Yahoo is forcing us to use now! Bring back the themes, I'm good...this is ******** and ugly as fricking ****! Looks like the bottom of the septic tank!

Could you be any more disgustingly plain than a White, or Black background? WTF is wrong with scenic themes like AOL and Gmail offer, and, like Yahoo use to offer before some nitwit decided to break out the crayons an color everything black or white? Pathetic Yahoo, if you are looking to drive people to other email providers, you off to a fricking good start! Who asked for this **** anyway?

I never imagined having to pay Yahoo just to get the features that have always been free...shame on Yahoo for charging people for themes, backgrounds and others that have always been free! Shame on Yahoo, especially when every email provider in the Web have free themes and backgrounds! Oh my the greed!

BRING BACK FRICKING THEMES! LIGHT DARK AND MIXED ARE NOT THEMES, THEY ARE COLORS! TAKE A LOOK AT GMAIL AND AOL AND CHECKI OUT THEIR THEMES! EVERY EMAIL SERVICE HAS THEMES, NOT JUST COLORS!

How difficult is it to give us a few Themes/Backgrounds? This new look inbox absolutely sucks, the worst design I've ever seen...like someone in a "Dark" period of depression designed it! Yahoo has always been better than this, but this my be scrapping the bottom of the barrel...can't you do better? or, perhaps you don't give a flying F about your customers! All the other email services have some sense of color and design, not this putrid **** you call a background/theme!

FYI...this is pure ****! I can't think of anything more repulsive in email than the **** that Yahoo just gave us....who designed this ****** look? Imagine my surprise when I opened AOL and saw all the old Yahoo themes on AOL! WTF did you remove them from Yahoo? Are you that out of touch with what people want or do you really just don't give a "F"? You've really ****** off a lot of people, but, it's obvious from your crayola drawings that you may not be old enough to read these replies! That, and you really are just playing God and think that you are about all of us...
