Unselect multiple messages with arrow keys
To process my messages, I start at the oldest unread message then use shift-arrow keys to select multiple messages then shift-k to mark as read.
I am still able to do that but after marking as read I used to let go of shift and press the arrow key to unselect the previously selected messages. That way I could be selecting messages that weren't important and when I got to one I wanted to read I could simply arrow up after the shift-k and it would automatically unselect the previously marked messages.
I could then open the message I wanted to read and continue up the list using shift-arrow.
What happens now is all of the previous messages stay selected and to unselect, I have to click the select all box at the top, wait for all the messages to select which can sometimes take a few seconds, then click it again to unselect and then continue up the list.
This has really slowed my productivity and adds a lot of frustration.
