Make Trash and Spam Folders More Accessible
why make things harder to access? there's plenty of room in the left menu bar for those to be openly accessible.

I can delete spaM from my Iphone, but yahoo wont let me erase spam or trash all at once. What is the scoop?I erase from my phone because the individual erasing takes forever. It says I have over 28,000 messages i8n my spam folder!!!! It will take a full time year to get it erased!!! The changes made to recently to Yahoo..ie priority, all, news all so unnnessary.

You have to scroll all the way down the folder list, then select spam or trash. Considering how many times important emails end uo in spam with yahoo mail, it is too cumbersome to use the new layout.

Why do we seem now to have to click on each email in both the Trash and Spam before we can empty the folders?
Very recently, we only needed one or two clicks to empty them. Why the change?
Is there now a much quicker way to empty? -

There needs to be an option to drag/rearrange folders such as Trash and Spam. Those are two frequently accessed folders that are much too hard to find/use in the new Yahoo Mail.

On the left side of the page, how about adding the archive tab? You must click "more" to get to the archive tab.
Use this much more than drafts and starred....Thank you! -

I want to have the delete and spam folders on my folders selection, similar to favorites. I review those folders daily and now I have to go through many steps to get to them, vice just selecting it as a folder.

Need to move the trash folder up. It shouldn't be hidden.

Please put the spam and trash folders back on top closer to the inbox so that we can check those folders if needed. Why are they hidden on the bottom under a clickable three dots when we need to use them?

Spam folder is inside the three dotted more section. If it is moved to a more visible place with a notification of how many unread email inside, it can be more easier for users to notice missing important emails tackled mistakenly by spam filter.

Worst change ever. You hid the trash, spam, and archive folders in the setting at the very bottom! Why?? This is the most disorganized layout I have ever seen. Give us the option to go back to the "normal" yahoo mail. This is a complete mess.

Go back to having the trash and spam folders show up under the Inbox heading. Or at least provide an option to control the folders under the Inbox list. I'm not talking about the standard add folder list; I'm referring to what used to appear just under "Inbox". i.e. - Sent, Drafts. Spam, Trash.

Hiding the Spam, Trash and Archive folders is not smart. Wanted mail is regularly sent to Spam. Needed emails can be moved to Trash accidentally. Some people need easy access to the Archive folder. A panicked search for these hidden folders is not good. Paying for this productivity choke point is unacceptable.

I hate not having the trash folder easily accessible in the folder list. Why do we have to go to More options to see it? I constantly need to go back and look in my trash folder, now it is a nuisance to do so.

It makes absolutely ZERO sense that the Spam and Trash folders were hidden under the menu that users have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the folder for.
They should appear up below the Inbox and Sent folder just as they did in the past.
At the very minimum, I should easily be able to move/drag them to there if I prefer them being there and not hidden under a sub-menu.

Sometimes mail goes to spam. I would always like to be able to see SPAM folder all the time in left sidebar for easier checking.
Thanks -

Hi there,
In the new Yahoo Mail interface, the Spam folder is only accessible through the “More” or “…” menu. It would be really helpful to have the option to pin or show the Spam folder directly in the main sidebar, just like Inbox or Drafts.
As someone who checks the Spam folder regularly, having quicker access would improve usability and workflow.
Thanks for considering this improvement! -

Today, it's hidden after all my folders and not easy to access. (and where did all the other ideas/posts go?)

Should have kept the spam and trash folders in the quick list. I do not like having to scroll all the way down to the bottom of my folder list and clicking on the three dots to access them.

PLEASE make the trash bin icon visible so I don't forget to delete my old Emails!
