Problems with your updated version
I would like to let you know that the summaries you are now including with a longer email messages are not helpful. They are confusing and often communicate a message that contradicts the actual message the sender sent. Also, since you have made some recent updates to your system sending reply messages has become very difficult because after you type a line the screen jumps and the line you just typed is no longer visible. You have a good product and service, why did you mess it up?
