new Mail interface
My idea: instead of forcing the new version on everyone, with no option to revert it (and with no warning that that would be the case!), ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST! (Example: "We're considering rolling out a new version of the interface. Please try it out <here>, and if you prefer the original mode you can toggle it <here>.")

Hi Stuart, we did do that! June of 2024, we started doing that and had a button in the top right hand corner saying to try the new experience. We allowed you to go back n forth for 6 months. Then in April 2025, we started transitioning everyone to the new experience. It was time! So again, we did do this!
