I’m writing to kindly request a review of my Yahoo Mail account in regard to storage limitations. I am a long-time user of Yahoo — I’ve been with the service for many years and have come to rely on it as my primary communication tool.
As a senior on a fixed income, I currently have limited access to updated technology and computing resources. The current storage cap on my account (20GB) has become increasingly restrictive, and I find it difficult to manage or upgrade due to my situation.
I would deeply appreciate your consideration in increasing my storage allowance, even modestly, as part of a goodwill gesture for legacy users like myself. It would help me continue using Yahoo effectively without needing to seek alternative services or paid upgrades, which are not currently feasible for me.
