Please get rid of the checkmark remaining ticked on emails after marking multiple emails as read. Its a completely unnecessary additional step to have to click the 'None' box at the top to uncheck them all. In the vast majority of instances, emails are marked as read with no further actions needed. Why keep them all checked requiring the user to have to perform an additional step just to uncheck them to prevent them as being marked for future actions?
