Folders are missing in the Android App. Your chatbot thinks they should be in the menu under the profile, but they are not. I briefly got them to come back at the bottom left corner menu by opening a message and choosing to move to another folder. When I went back to the inbox, the bottom menu was there. When I scrolled, it disappeared, and I can't get it back. I even moved another message to a different folder, but it is still gone. I can't see Sent, I can't check Spam, I can't see any of my custom folders that have filters. I can't even see the Trash to get an email I accidentally deleted. If you're trying to drive me to a new service, it's working. I'm not going to pay to call you for more help because you broke your app.
