Migration from Comcast
I've migrated from Comcast to Yahoo. There is no help available for technical issues on this migration.
The account that got set up for me at Yahoo is an IMAP account. l need it to be a POP account. The way to do this from my Mac OSX mail client is to delete the IMAP account and create a new POP account. I can delete the IMAP account on my Mac Mail client but I can't create a POP account. That's probably because it thinks I'm creating an account at comcast.net because of my email address. I'm very glad I can keep my email address @comcast.net, but it's preventing me from setting up a POP account. I need a real person to help me.
