Help me get my with my Cox Outlook e-mail format that I had before the latest update.
When Cox hired Yahoo to handle the Cox.net email, I received support with a live tech to get the Outlook platform working in Yahoo. With this new update, I cannot get Outlook to work. I need personal customer service or a way for chat to walk me through this problem. Just having no customer support available is a nightmare. Help!
