Fix Mail Plus to show all Folders, not based on the email clicked on
Mail Plus display of Folders in the left column is flaky.
The Folders displayed depend on what email is selected to display.
Sometimes all folders are not displayed, only a subset. This also impacts which folder the email that is displayed can be moved to. So most likely the folder you want to move an email to is not displayed.
THIS MAKES THE FOLDERS USELESS FOR FILING EMAILS !!
