honoring long time users
I have had a Yahoo email account since 1998, and the one I currently still use daily is from 2003. I recently received a notice that I have used most of the space and that you want me to pay for space. I could easily move things over to gmail or one of your competitors, but I like Yahoo. If you want me to stay, it would be nice to be respected and treated as a legacy customer, rather than being asked to pay for space. Where is your appreciation for loyalty to the brand? I am happy to clean out my inbox, and this notice was a good reminder to do so, but still, this feels like you don't appreciate that I have stayed with you through all of this time.
