Fix the Add New Contacts function in Yahoo Mail
I am presently unable to find new contacts to Yahoo Mail. I had a long chat with the AI about the issue. I fill in each field when adding the contact. I click SAVE. I see a small popup telling me the contact was saved. However, it doesn't appear in the contact list, and I cannot find it by searching for either first name, last name, first and last name, or email. I clicked on ALL when searching. I cannot find it by searching by email. I do get similar listings, but not the new contact. The AI was unable to resolve the issue and could not escalate the issue for someone to investigate it.
