Stop moving emails from file folders to trash
3600 emails were in my trash and emails were moved from file folders. A ticket was submitted for "Help" and nothing changed except my account was locked. I had to go through each email to determine if it was trash or one needed to be moved back to the appropriate folder. When I deleted email in trash, the emails then went into my inbox. Fix that.
