Too much wasted space at the top of the preview panel
There's a row of quick actions, a massive email subject line and then sender/recipient/date details, all of which take up a significant chunk of the space in the preview panel, making it difficult to see a meaningful amount of the email content and list of emails all at once (with preview below).
Make the use of space more efficient:
* The subject line does not need to be such a large size, nor surrounded by so much empty space.
* Have the sender/recipient details and the quick actions share a line. There seems to be plenty of room even on a smaller screen.
