Complaint About Excessive Ads in Cox/Yahoo Email Service
Hello,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the current advertising experience in the Cox.net email service now managed by Yahoo.
The amount of ads displayed throughout the email interface has become extremely frustrating and distracting. It negatively affects the usability of the service and makes the experience feel cluttered and unpleasant.
What is especially disappointing is that other major email providers such as Gmail and Outlook offer much cleaner, less intrusive experiences. Users should not feel overwhelmed by advertisements simply to access their email accounts.
My Cox.net email address is still active, but due to the excessive advertising, I am now actively considering switching to another email provider. I strongly believe that a basic ad-free email experience should be available without requiring additional payment.
I hope you will seriously consider reducing or removing these intrusive ads and improving the experience for long-time customers.
