Make it work more than half the time!!!
Every other tab and page, including the Yahoo main news page, all know that there is internet access and that it hasn't been disrupted. Yet your pathetic mail program won't do anything and claims at the top of the page that there is no internet access. No wonder you don't offer professional support, there are no professionals there and you don't care at all about people who mistakenly have been using your sites for a couple decades. JUST MAKE IT WORK!!!!
