This includes new features like the Priority Inbox and AI-Powered summaries to help you make the most of your time, and sort through a busy inbox with ease! Starred Messages, Advanced Search Filters and Gallery View for photos are also great new features we think users will enjoy. We hope you'll give them a try and see what you think! I know that AI Yahoo mail is really a bad idea. You say better & easy but we as users have to read and try to understand how to use it that doesn't make it easy and I don't need any help from AI making any decisions for me that's the biggest problem it's my e mail inbox not AI or yahoo's and your messing it up. I'm not going to give up on this because I have a lot of personal stuff and I don't want to lose it.

I don't like anything about the new Yahoo and AI trying to make it appealing after yahoo couldn't do it a few years ago, when a lot of users voiced their disapproval. Now AI isn't making it any better and I don't like AI trying to help me write e mails and the new look. Yahoo & AI took away our switch back to basic Yahoo option, what's next. I don't think that yahoo even looks at our feedback anymore. I have no idea how we can actually get in touch with Yahoo. It kind of looks like you have to pay for help by phone and absolutely info on line as suggested. Since I'm not getting anywhere with feedback, I will try my feedback on Facebook and see what happens from there. This AI generated Yahoo Mail is no good for users like me 5-6 hours a day. Change back to the old Yahoo Mail.

I'm 819th displeased person with this new version how many more will it take for you knot heads to switch us back to original Classic Yahoo I can add a new comment every day if I want to waste my time trying to convince ????????????? that this ****** new version's are not and never will be as good as what we had. Swallow your pride and switch us back everyone makes mistakes admit it and make us all HAPPY SWITCH US BACK TO ORIGINAL CLASSIC YAHOO

we the people want to go back to original classic Yahoo the new versions SUCK just because one of your staff or whoever spent a lot of time working on the new versions doesn't make it better if there was anything better out there I would switch Mail.com, Hot mail.com, G mail have there flaws or I would find the best and switch I have way to much e mails-data to think about switching to something better but I would the problem is the old classic was the best nothing else that I am aware of is as good as that WAS. How many complaints will it take before you get the message the new version is not and will never be as good as classic e mail ?????????????? Switch us back !!!!!!!!!!
