An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn McAlister commentedIt is possible to do currently but as a co manager. You have to assign commish duties to another manager and then he will have to add you as a co manager to his team and reassign you the duties. Its not ideal, how they do does affect your wins/losses etc if that matters to you but it gets you overall to where you wanna be until a better way is added

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn McAlister commentedIm going to try to revive this thread again. This would be ideal for commissioners who keep their own stats. This would be ideal for me and im sure plenty others. At the very least, if you can have the ability to check individual player weeks from the player tab like you can whole seasons 2 years prior.

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn McAlister commentedThis rule needs to be implemented. It shouldn't be Yahoo default or anything but an option that a commissioner can set at the beginning of the season that will lock once the draft starts. I run 4 leagues and those leagues are highly competitive and in each one this rule would benefit. My only stipulation would be that any player you can put in an IR spot doesn't count against your max player position. If you think this shouldn't be an option, then you're probably someone who doesn't understand the full dynamics of fantasy football and either never ran a league before or only ran one for selfish reasons. And for those who think increasing points on kickers and defense is a good idea, in what world would anyone hold more than 2 kickers no matter how many points they score? Its all about value and no matter what way you swing it, Quarterbacks and Running Backs hold the most value. Simple as that.

Here are some ideas I think will be very helpful for myself and maybe some others out there as well. Some of these ideas may be wishful thinking but this is how I would do the chat if it were me:
1. Embed the chat onto the league homepage and in the tool bar on the app where message boards once was on each league page.
2. Each chat should be specific to each league and not to the entirety of all of your yahoo leagues
3. Inside the chat should be a split section on the left where you can create chat threads. Commissioners can set up multiple threads for Trades, General Chat, League Changes, Polls, etc and can be added by commissioners or managers as needed.
4. Inside each thread, have the ability to pin important messages to the top of the chat in a way so it doesn't clutter the chat area.
5. In the same box as the threads but under have the list of all the managers in the league and by clicking takes you to a private message with that manager. Basically, already built in threads.
6. Have a green dot or equivalent next to a managers name if they are currently online either via the web or app.
7. Have the ability to upload files, videos and embed links; I know for my leagues specifically, I have a record book that I produce through a spreadsheet so I need to be able to pin the link to a thread so managers can access it. Also, the best leagues have great comradery. Being able to upload our own smack talk reels, pictures, and created videos to threads will give the yahoo site a more connected feel that a lot of managers are looking for.
I'll post again if I think of any other ideas that would help
