Dynasty/Keepers - Leave league open to allow trading, adds, and drops during the offseason.
This would allow managers to make all league transactions within the platform, including adds, drops, and trades, throughout the year.

Were trying to go to a keeper league this year, using last years rosters to select keepers, but cant find any history on transactions from last year. Even the emails from last years draft are unavailable now. Do we really have to manually keep track of ALL transactions throughout the year to make this thing work on a regular basis?

As the commissioner of our keeper league I need access to the league year round. All owners need access to see who is on their teams and to allow trades. How can you operate a keeper league and not allow access year round. I am looking at other fantasy leagues that allow access and has the flexibility to allow trades in the offseason. I have to keep account of the offseason trades manually. Ridiculous.

Last season my Commish thought it would be "funny" to set kickers as other peoples keepers, then hold a draft without telling anyone. This was a league I did not want to be in at all, but now I am locked in and can't get out. I'm afraid this will happen again this year and we'll be locked into another season. This league caused me to go from diamond status to gold last season, and I don't appreciate being someone's punchline.

I have guys in my league wanting to trade players and/or draft picks. League #32395. The Beans a mondo. I have 2 new players as well, so I'll be conducting an expansion draft. I am transitioning the league to a legacy format. I'd be willing to pay for yahoo+ if it were a pay option. Thanks!

I have been with Yahoo! for a long time and love the fantasy football experience, but it is not a great platform for dynasty leagues. I have been forced to look into other sites/apps because Yahoo! does not allow year long roster management. We would like to host our rookie draft closer to the completion of the NFL draft but are forced to wait until June 1 for rosters to load and begin managing our teams. This is sadly becoming a deal breaker for staying with Yahoo! long term. Even if it were part of the premium upgrade it would be better.

Totally agree that there should be a Dynasty option available in Yahoo. Like other Dynasty websites, be open all year round. Three rounds for three years of draft picks available to trade. You guys would blow websites like Sleeper and Fantrax out of the water guaranteed.

This is a CRUCIAL feature for Dynasty and Keepers. I have to keep a google drive and manually keep track of trades involving picks, players and FAAB.
I don't know the exact numbers but based on public perception you guys seems to be losing a hefty amount of players to sleeper. You're still above ESPN, CBS and those random platforms due to loyalty and league history feature but at some point yall have to evolve with the competition.
Fantasy football is becoming bigger every single year and yall dont want to become an afterthought to sleeper as the new generation gets into fantasy.

Since you guys offer keeper/dynasty you should keep the app open all off season. Trades are still made in the off season. It would be much easier to do them on the app rather then having to record them offline.

agreed. more like when season rounds up again you are only able to make trades and draft picks. This is for those that only play keeper/dynasty leagues like me. it will solve everything instead of writing it out on message board or league chat. i think this is a greatt idea. hats off to you my friend.

How is dynasty not a format option in 2022?? Our league makes it work with off the site book keepings for trades and pickups. It is a nightmare for me, the commish. Several league mates have said to switch to sleeper to alleviate this problem. I don't want to do that. HELP

year round access is needed for dyansty leagues along with the ability to trade future draft picks. without these features i'll have to move my league to Sleeper. Sleeper is a far better platform for dynasty.

Do you realize that people have been asking Yahoo to do this for the last decade? 10 year si and they are still "gathering information". Stop and think how funny that is. This is why my 3 keeper leagues left Yahoo years ago. Just checking in to see if there are changes. Obviously not. And to think of the market share gain Yahoo would get with this simple fix for Keeper and Dynasty leagues. How absurdly stupid of Yahoo. Still.

After administrating all off-season activities off-line for the last four years, I'll be shifting my dynasty leagues to Sleeper after the 2022 season. I'd love to stay on Yahoo's platform, but it's too much work to keep up the spreadsheets myself. Please, Yahoo - this should have been done YEARS ago - make your dynasty leagues available and online year-round so we can run actual, proper dynasty leagues.
