    Yes, you can still select all and delete all by opening both the Trash and Spam folders. If you are wanting an icon next to the folders like before, we currently have no plans in adding this, but we will share this with the right team. Thank you!

    Hi Michael, thank you for giving the new design a try! We really appreciate it. We do have a section dedicated to the new desktop experience: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-yahoo-mail. You can also get there by clicking on "...." in the new left hand menu and then Help Center!
    Currently "Emptying Trash" is not an option, but if you go to your Trash folder (also clicking on "...." you can certainly delete your trash folder there by clicking on the Select All checkbox at the very top!
    We will also share this with the team! Thanks again for pointing this out!

    Hi Shelia, we do have the ability to disable or change these to checkboxes in the app. Therefore, there is mention of adding this ability to desktop settings as well. We will share this with our team. Thanks.

    Hi Carrie, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are not going back to the old version. We are transitioning everyone to the new version and aiming to make this one better! Yes, we now show the attachment preview in a full screen instead of a split screen. We will share this with our team and see if it's something they are willing to change back.

    Hi Lori, yes we do intend to fix the tab button. In a few browsers it is not working and in other browsers it is working as it should. We definitely have this on our radar. Thanks for the reminder.

    We've merged threads like this one to this main one from over the weekend.
    A few things..
    1. Unfortunately, if you don't see the "Go Back" button in the top right hand corner, you cannot go back to the old. We are focused on making this new version the best and we'd love your help!
    2. Priority Inbox/Inbox Categories - we are very soon going to launch the ability to set the "All" category as the default. Stay tuned! In the meantime, you can always go back to having just one Inbox by disabling Inbox Categories under Settings > Personalize Inbox.
    3. AI Summaries - we are currently looking into adding this to Settings so you can disable, just like you can in the apps.

    This is also listed at the top of our Uservoice forum to help (Tips), but those who say it looks like Gmail, you can disable Inbox Categories under your Settings and go back to having just one Inbox instead of All, Priority, Offers, etc. Just go to the three dots on the right side, Settings, Personalize Inbox and toggle off Inbox Categories.

    We know there will always be some pushback and wanting to go back, when a new design is launched. Unfortunately, there is no way back to the old version, very sorry! We know you won’t like our answer, but we’re just being honest and transparent.
    But, we are looking for feedback on how we can improve this new version. We hope you’ll give the new experience a chance!

    Hi Samuel, as with any new design we did anticipate pushback and wanting to go back to the old design. The pushback hasn't been bad and we are happy with the numbers so far. We know whatever we say will not make you happy, but unfortunately we have no plans to go back. We hope you give the new experience a try!

    Thanks for your feedback! We know change is hard and can be frustrating. Unfortunately, if you’re not seeing the “Go Back” button in the top, right hand corner, you cannot go back. Since last June, we’ve given our Community the chance to go back n forth, but it’s now time to start permanently transitioning. We really hope you’ll give the new experience a try! 🙏🏽💜

    Hi Laura, we can't seem to replicate. It's working fine for us, so let's see a few things:

    1. What browser are you using? We'd love the version number as well.
    2. Also, after your change the setting are you refreshing the browser completely?

    Hi Jeni, thanks for the feedback. What size Compose window do you have? Are you on Full-Sized or Compact? We'd like to try and replicate your issue. Currently, the Send button is in a bottom toolbar that does not move. Only the email, not that bottom toolbar.

    Hi Brian, it can be done, but yes it's not the simplest way. We will share this with our team and see if we can make it better. For now, if you open an email and hover over the sender's name, the email address will show. From there you can double click into the pop up on the email address and copy the email. Again, will share this with the team. Thank you!

    Hi Ben, yes we do show the total number of unread emails, but we do not show them for each category. We will share this with our team and see if it's something we are planning to add later. Stay tuned!

    We did make some changes to make unread and read easier to read, but we can see it didn't help. We will go back to the team and share this feedback and make it better. Thanks for your patience.

    HI Marc, we'd love more info, please. We do have search by keywords, are you not getting the correct results? Are you not getting any results? Please feel free to elaborate on when you're searching for and what you're getting, then we try to replicate and share with our team. Thanks!

    We will keep this in the main page, as we are getting a few questions on this. Yes, we have simplified our themes. We have no plans at this time in adding more themes/colors/backgrounds. We had a whole bunch, but a majority of our users stuck with the default color. The usage was too low and the upkeep was too much. We know not the answer you want, but we wanted to give you context. Thanks!

    Hi there, thanks for letting us know! We tried a few things:
    1. We moved an email from Inbox to subfolder and it worked fine (like you mentioned)
    2. We then moved same email from Subfolder to Inbox (Move to Inbox) and it worked fine for us!
    Can you email us a video of what you're seeing to oasis.mail.feedback@yahooinc.com?
    And tell us what browser you are using?
    If you have it sent to Inbox Categories or Not?

    Hey Neil, thanks for your feedback. Absolutely! We agree! Definitely harder to build, but this is what we'd eventually like the feature to do. Give more control to our users based on their actions and triaging. We have already shared this with our team as it's been suggested by our Community a handful of times.
