BLOCK CHEATING TEAMS FROM THE LEAGUE?

In the following public league -Yahoo H2H-Cat 134038 (ID# 134038)
1. Two teams colluded to draft all Pitchers on one team and all hitters on he other. (WILL SEE and NO) are the two teams.
2. Every few days the two teams are trying to trade bats for arms and vica versa -
3. Each roster has all pitchers and the other all hitters - drafted - so if a trade goes through they will have an unfair balance of talent
CAN YAHOO PLEASE REMOVE THE 2 TEAMS FROM the league or suspend their access and ability to trade?
This is tiring and annoying to veto trades 2 x a week from the mentioned clowns and cheaters
I am a high ranked player for 25 years on yahoo and never saw anything like this - I would quit the league but then my platinum diamond rank will decrease cause of outcome
YAHOO PLEASE FREEZE THE TWO MENTIONED TEAMS FROM THE LEAGUE or prevent them from the constant harassment of the cheaters trying to enter trade Pitchers for bats
