You can't give Josh Allen BOTH the passing TD AND the receiving TD!!
Josh Allen passed the ball to the receiver in the flat, the receiver lateralled back to him, then he RAN it in!! He should get the passing yards to the point of the lateral (but NO passing TD), then he gets his rush yards from where he caught the lateral and the RUSH TD! He didn't pass the TD to himself for goodness sakes!! There was NO pass TD (although there was a completed pass) and NO receiving TD!! Just a short completion followed by an Allen RUSH TD!! You CAN'T give him TWO TDs for one score! He didn't…

Our stats are obtained from the official gamebooks that are recorded for each NFL game. The NFL credited Allen with both a passing and receiving TD on the play, therefore, he will be credited with both in his fantasy stats.

Bring back Classic mode for changing your lineup
Bring back the classic mode for changing your lineup. I much prefer a drop down menu for moving players to the bench and into the lineup etc.

Simplify the draft board and get rid of the task bar. minimize left clock column. Everything is too large. Draft board is horrible
The yahoo draft board is not user friendly at all. I know that thousands of people have complained over the last several years. Please minimize all the surrounding boxes so drafters can see more than three people on the board. Who we are drafting is kind of important for a draft board. If this cannot be improved upon I will take all of my leagues to another site. Thank you.

FG Scoring
In my old league on another site, we were able to customize scoring so that all FGs under 30 yards were 3 pts and all over 30 yds was based on yards - 34 yd fg = 3.4 points, 51 yd fg = 5.1 pts etc. On yahoo, it looks like you can only do points for a rank or by yards. The problem with using yards, 25 yd =2.5 pts.. all FGs should be a minimum 3 pts.

Commissioners have the ability to edit the scoring settings for FGs so that all FGs under 30 yards are worth 3 points. There is also an option for Field Goal Yards Per Point.
When using this setting, the Fractional Points setting for your league is factored in to determine the total points awarded for field goals.
When Fractional Points are enabled, yards per point are used to calculate the score. For example, when using 10 yards per 1 point, a 19-yard field goal would result in 1.9 points.
When Fractional Points are disabled, field goal total yards are rounded down, as with other scoring stats. For example, two 24-yard field goals would result in 4 points (48 yards, rounds down to 4 points), but three 24 yard-field goals would be 7 points (72 yards, rounds down to 7 points).

Make changes so that leagues can run all the way through the super bowl if they want.
We use CBS sports in our FF league because we can do all the way through the Super Bowl. Teams that make our playoffs are allowed to keep one player at each position and then we redraft from NFL teams that make the playoffs. We cannot do that in Yahoo because you do not support anything after week 18.

Draft analysis
I’ve enjoyed in the past, unless it’s still planned, the draft grades for each team, projected W/L record , and place in standings. Rosters change, but I try to prove the experts wrong , in a fun way
This feature will be making a return, it just hasn't been launched yet for this year.

OMG please return the "Players" Tab back to what is what before week 7. the drop-down menus are absolutely awful!!!
the menus are awful and some of the drop-downs are now missing important information that I use all the time, such as looking at previous weeks. PLEASE undo this awful change

Return the Classic mode feature
Return Classic Mode viewing. It is unusable trying to navigate from a phone. That was a very bad decision
After careful consideration, we've made the decision to discontinue support for Classic Mode roster management. We recognize the value that Classic Mode may bring to your experience and appreciate your understanding as we make this change. By making this decision, we aim to redirect our focus towards enhancing other aspects of our fantasy games.

I have had 3 different leagues for years as commish but cant see them? where did they go? SJIII, Winsome, My Money
How about cleaning up ap, I want to see NFL only no other sports, plus I cant see my 3 leagues that I have been commish for a number of yrs? Where did they go?

Consistent/Set Time for waiver claims to be awarded
It would be nice if Yahoo would make a set time each week that waiver claims are awarded… Every Wednesday at 2:15am, all waivers will be processed. It has been all over the place for years. Why can’t this be done at a set time every week and be consistent?

Classic format
Why did classic format appear last evening?
I for one want the classic format back because:
The page is better without vertical scrollling
Much easier to set rosters and bench
Doesn’t move or light up players when scrolling
Classic Format is much better for the player experience, PERIOD

Add option to add a player to your watchlist directly from the "league availability" tool
Its nice to see what leagues a player is available in all in once place, and also nice to have the option in this menu to add them in any league,but it would also be super convenient to be able to add them to your watchlists in multiple leagues as well, all from the same menu.

The option to add a player to the watchlist is available from the League Availability tab.
There is a star next to the "Add" and "Trade" options for each league. The star is the watchlist option.

2025 League
My coworkers and I are considering using Yahoo Fantasy Football this year. We all love the app. We just want to know if the site is customizable for the following:
PPR scoring
QB scoring customizable.
We want to have 3 divisions of 4 and division winners make the playoffs and the next 3 highest scoring teams get a wildcard birth.
Wildcard round 3 teams play and the highest scoring team advances then it's head to head.
Can Yahoo do this?
Also for the 6 teams /12 that don't make the playoffs we want those teams to compete for the toliet…Hello David,

Idaho Fantasy
can you explain to me why every other fantasy provider allows playing in Idaho but yahoo does not?
We're always looking to add more areas to our list of eligibility: https://legal.yahoo.com/us/en/yahoo/terms/product-atos/paidfantasy/index.html. Unfortunately at this time I don't have an answer to if Idaho will be added or a time table for when that will happen.

Defensive points allowed settings should be adjusted to stop penalizing PAT after defensive TD during a shutout
As of now, standard scoring for defensive points allowed (PA) is as follows: 10 points for a shutout, 7 points for 1-6 PA, 4 points for 7-13 PA, etc. I believe that there's a commonsense error in this scoring. As an example, let's say the Eagles beat the Cowboys 24-7, and the lone Cowboys TD is scored via defensive TD (pick six, scoop and score, etc.). With the current scoring settings, the Eagles defense loses 3 points for giving up an extra point that was not their fault. I'll stick with my example to avoid confusion: in fantasy football, a…

mobile user interface
The 2024 changes to the mobile user interface are terrible. They are not intuitive or user friendly in my opinion. Sleeper and ESPN are so much better that I'm considering moving my league for the first time since it was created in the mid 2000s. Why is the app taking me to yahoo's fantasy home page rather than within my specific league whenever I'm trying to navigate internally? This gets really frustrating after a while, especially when you're trying to compare your specific roster to the free agent pool. If it wasn't broken, why fix it? AND why do i…
