Just a couple of things:
1) Try as I may to promote the use of the "League Chat" feature through posting trivia questions, award managers extra "Free Agent Budget' dollars for posting in the League Chat, and posting questons to respond to...the use of the League Chat is only used about 10% as much as the Message Board was used. First recommendation is to bring back the message board. If we are stuck with League Chat I would recommend two things 1) put League Chat on the main page so managers will see it when they go to the site without needing to make two extra clicks to get there, and 2) totally separate the Updates from the League Chat as updates can alredy been seen on the main page and having them together just makes it less user friendly to weed through it all. I know people can just click on the League Chat to filter out the Updates, but here again, it is just one more step that many people won't take. Another thing I have found with League Chat is that almost all of the managers don't either understand how to use the icons on the right to open a thread or add an emoji. I have tried many times to try and advise mangers how to use the thread arrow, but they just don't do it, so when I am trying to have managers post specific information related to a topic, they end up just putting it in the main log instead of putting it in the thread, which just makes extra work for me.
