  7. The text code for service is not working properly. It always takes more than one attempt and re-try and is always slow.

    Fix the problem. If you have a system of sending text for codes for entry to one's email, it needs to work properly.

  9. Stop the Security Questions each tim ewe log on - go back to normal log on formats

    I opted out of 2 step authentication as i have basic use for my account - yet you insist on my submitting a code from a second email or via text, after signing on to me this is then a second step, defeating the purpose of me option out of 2 step authentication.
    Not only that when you click send code it never sends it first time around, so you have to wait a minute before you can select resend code!!!
    Then after changing my Password reluctantly less than an hour ago, after ive entered the now required code, why…

    I keep getting emails, from various addresses, stating that I need to agree to changes in the T&C's if I wish to continue to have access to my email account.
