  3. Provide some real Support please!

    What is going on??? I have to sign in each time I'm using my Yahoo mail account (paid account!), using the same old PC I have used for the past 10 years. It was working fine, but then suddenly... Again, what is going on???

    You seriously need to consider employing a dedicated proof reading team across all the articles you publish. Nearly every story I read on this page has glaringly obvious mistakes in spelling and grammar. Most will not be picked up by a simple spell check as you have spelt the word correctly in some instances but it is the wrong word.     as of 37/10/22 FIX your email?

    I can see what my emails are but I cannot open anything except from the yahoo front page whers it exposes the subject line
    I use Edge where all the other parts of the web are ok

  11. Two steps auth is failed for me, as old mail adress is removed by the provider and phone broke

    Can I go back to the password? It works just fine. The service provider removed the mail address used for the recovery and then, the phone broke and I cannot access the settings tab on my desktop.
    Sorry for messing this us. The help service you provide is not helpful.

    Account Security -> Change password responds with the error:

    Service Unavailable - DNS failure
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

    This has been an ongoing issue for at least two years. I am not however going to pay you 5 quid in order to bring it to your attention. When I attempt to contact support in any fashion i encounter the same error.

    If this is not resolved in 30 days, I will be contacting the information commisioners office.Account Security -> Change password responds with the error:

  15. Sent email discrepancies between desktop and mobile app

    I've recently been working on drafting an email across both desktop and mobile. I finished it on desktop and sent it. The sent item in the desktop sent folder is different from the one in the sent item folder on the mobile app. The one on the app reflects a previous draft. I've no idea why, and more importantly what email was actually received the other end?! Any explanation for this?

    The above keep sending me offensive ads the more I reject the more they send. Neither I or my wife are disabled or medically ill. I guess if you cannot stop them I will have to escalate the issue.

    I keep getting emails from the "yahoo desk" telling me to upgrade my account or it will be closed. As a pro user such emails should be blocked before reaching me

  20. Makes invoices easier to find!!!

    Every month I need to google how to get my mail pro invoice as its impossible to find. Please just put it with teh account details. Wastes me so much time and so frustrating that it is actually easier to cancel it.
