I keep getting emails, from various addresses, stating that I need to agree to changes in the T&C's if I wish to continue to have access to my email account.

Security should not require a smart phone.
I have encountered problems accessing two old email addresses as I have not used them for over 1 year. I need to access only 1 of them but as I cannot remember the passwords have been unable to. I phoned the help line and was told I would have to have a smart phone to proceed and would need to scan my passport. I was told this was to pass security. I cannot sign in youtube with my yahoo account because it requires me to get a verification code from a deleted phone number. I have only one current phone number for yahoo account but dont know why the old one that i had deleted is still required me whenever i want to sign in the youtube.

Please can you add report@phishing.gov.uk as an exception.
Although I can forward most emails, some get flagged up as Spam and I can't forward them. I have resorted to pasting the raw data and a pdf file attachment on a new email. If report@phishing.gov.uk wants to deal with the problem, then they need to have the information from people.
