Stop the Security Questions each tim ewe log on - go back to normal log on formats
I opted out of 2 step authentication as i have basic use for my account - yet you insist on my submitting a code from a second email or via text, after signing on to me this is then a second step, defeating the purpose of me option out of 2 step authentication.
Not only that when you click send code it never sends it first time around, so you have to wait a minute before you can select resend code!!!

I keep getting emails, from various addresses, stating that I need to agree to changes in the T&C's if I wish to continue to have access to my email account.
I am not convinced that these emails are from Yahoo.

Security should not require a smart phone.
I have encountered problems accessing two old email addresses as I have not used them for over 1 year. I need to access only 1 of them but as I cannot remember the passwords have been unable to. I phoned the help line and was told I would have to have a smart phone to proceed and would need to scan my passport. I was told this was to pass security.
