  3. Make new email as good as the old...

    OK, you've forced me to use your horrible new email but one easy thing you can do to make it a little more useful would be to put Folders above Views in the sidebar. I can hide Views temporarily, but it's back again when I return and without scrolling I cannot see at a glance whether I have any new mails in the folders - where most of my emails go. I need to see Folders every time I check emails, I need Views once in a blue moon. It's a no brainer.

  17. I have a recurrent problem with my account.

    Every so often I get these strange symbols appear in front of my account name, when sending emails and eventually it locks me out of my account. Last time I contacted Sky they couldn't help but a software engineer fixed it for me. Since then the answer he gave me doesn't seem to work because of updates

    Not actually an idea but couldn't find anywhere else to ask!
    My daughter's e-mail account has disappeared - when trying to log-in says account not recognised and I can no longer e-mail anything to her either - any idea why?

  20. Google insist on a passkey or letter code which comes through on my phone messages

    Google insist on a code when I sign in ON A LIBRARY COMPUTER. wHENI CHANGE SETTINGS ,MY YAHOO MAIL DOEAS NOT KEEP PACE WITH YAHOO APP ON MY GOOGLE PHONE. . They don't accept yahoo mail sign -ins. They take over and wont let yahoo in onto a Google ANDROID nOKIA 3 PHONE. wHY CANT YOU ACCEPT THAT i USE A PASSWORD AND AN E-MAIL ? Or is nothing secure any more and one provider is not capable of serving another through the client requests?
