  1. Cannot log into my account My recovery email was my previous work email and do not have excess to it. All my contacts and important messages

    please help I do not have access to my recovery email (previous work email) and lost all my contact details and important messages since I changed my handset and computer. your help services does not help I followed all steps and tried all the passwords I can think off.. PLEASE HELP

  2. Trying to access my account, but the OLD email for verification has been shut down since the ananzi-provider closed it.

    My OLD email has been deleted so i cannot get the verification code to continue with my yahoo email addy, and your "sign-in helper" sadly SUCKS!
    Can someone help, or else im just not going to bother any further, i have gmail thank you very much.

  3. To be able to forward multiple emails at once!

    At the moment not able to forward more than 1 email at once, why do you have to go into each email to forward individually? it takes too long if you have lots to forward.

    I can't remember my password, recovery email address, or recovery phone
    I've not signed into the account in over 5 years. I now want to sign in so I can download photos from Flickr. I can prove the photos are mine because I'm in them. I need the webpage deleted.

  11. How can I trace someone who is sending me malicious mail from a yahoo address? They have used my late son's name for their email add......

    I suspect that I know who it may be but have to know for sure before I can do anything to stop the abuse. Please advise,I'm really upset as the email was very cruel and abusive.

  12. HELP!!!

    Have you perhaps changed my password? I am unable to login in using my usual login details. I do use my yahoo address to login in to Facebook and I do have a Google account. My cell number however was not linked to my account. It does not matter what I try your help page simply cannot assist me in resolving the issue. For referral purposes it is critical for me to access my yahoo emails.

    Incorrect information on your notification email and help pages, there is no field in account setting for Allow apps that use less secure sign in please advise on the correct process as I need to access my account from other devices and dont want your app as I want all my emails in one account... the fact that you have changed this is not acceptable. Please advise or I will have no choice but to delete my yahoo account
